Brembo Master Cylinders

I have a 2006 749s with what appears to be stock brembo cylinders with CRG levers (previous owner installed them). I am not a fan of how the levers look and although the brake performance is ok, I feel it could be better with a diff master cylinder and nice Vesrah RJL pads.

My question: How well do these master cylinders function and are they worth the price tag? I want EXTREMELY tight braking with a hard bite.
Suggestions appreciated.
 
Also, what size is reccomended?
