Breeds of crawfish to cook?

I live in Central Pennsylvania and I'm interested in trying boiled crawfish. There are tons of them in the streams around here, but they don't look like the red ones that are in most of the pictures found online of people boiling crawfish. These ones are usually gray or brown. Can I catch these crawfish and try those, or do you need to boil a specific type? Thanks in advance!

yes you can catch those. I being from Louisiana love boiled crawfish and sometimes though it is not often we do have a few brown crawfish in the batch and we eat those as well as the red ones.
