W Wyatt T New member Jan 10, 2011 #1 i am breeding crickets and dont have a mesh top for the aquarium. so i have to put something on and the only thing is plexi glass, will the heat go through it, i have a 75 watt heat bulb an inch away from it. also will is melt the glass?
