Bredding bettas is a very long and complicated, and expensive process... I would not suggest it... but to sum it up.

1. Buy 3+ female bettas for the 1 male
2. keep them in cups clipped on a side of a tank, and slowly take a little water from the cups, pour it into the tank, and fill it up again.
3. after this is done a few times, place the fish in the tank... the male will choose.
4. watch them closely... he will try to kill the ones he doesn't want.
5. he will squeeze the eggs out of the female and fertilize them.
6. once the eggs are laid.. take out the female... she will kill them leave the male in, he will take care of them
7. once the eggs are hatched, take him out, cause he will eat the fry
8. now... once they get bigger... separate them all into their own container...

Yeah... this very difficult... if you do it... good luck... let me know how it works

i have to male betta of course in different tank but i was wondering how hard is it to breed them and what you need to do for it.
