my baby is 4 days old and first few days i hardly had any milk until yesterday they got so engorged and so heavy. i breast fed my baby all day and didnt get the pump till late last night and now i feel really sore and in pain. when i touch my breasts i feel clots all over. they are so hard and painful. can this be a serious problem or will it go away if i keep on feeding and pumping?
