Well, I started breast budding when I was 11, my cousins, 10, their age today. Started menstruating on October 3, 2010, this year, when I was 12, I turned 13 on November 22. My breast grew A BIT since they started growing. Still not noticeable. When do you think they'll grow fast? I mean, spurt. BTW, my mom's breasts are small. She started menstruating when she was 14, so were my grandparents.
