Breaking News ........ now the papers can reveal Ryan Giggs name .......?

its not Ryan's super injunction I am worried about
super injunctions are not just for footballers who have affairs

how many people are silenced over much more important things such as corruption assault rape , child abuse etc

Right, that it. You are all on a charge for disobeying the judges. From what I'm hearing and reading, there seems to be some sort of mass disobedience going on - at last we have joined up democracy, the people and their MPs working together on something for a change.

I don't care much for injunctions or super injunctions nor judges who make up law as they go along. I want law to be made in parliament by the MPs elected by the people.

I want a free press, freedom of speech and no more of this crap about not allowing the public to debate the issue of a person. Anyone and I mean everyone, who is in PUBLIC life, is PUBLIC property and therefore we can say what we like about them. If they don't like it, withdraw to a monastery or something.

While football may be a game of two halves, politics most certainly is not, it's a 24/7 non-stop game.

As one famous American President once said, "If you don't like the heat in the kitchen, then get out."

It is difficult to see who has behaved the most childishly in this entire three ring circus!

The man got an injunction against his name being made public. Fine. Give him the benefit of the doubt that he didn't want his wife and kids ( if he has any) to be humiliated any more than they already were. Or whatever.

Then some poser at a newspaper, who probably has questionable morals him/herself decided that being Mr/Mrs Moralistic was the way to go and tried every which way to Hades to show who it was who had displayed human failings!

Not content with playing minor God, an MP has to get in on the act.

Good lord, who is looking at what is really happening in the world when everyone is busy tweeting, f/booking and generally being asinine?

And when everyone knows who it is, are their lives going to be any better for the knowledge? Frankly I hope not, because if they are,we really, really do need "The Rapture" we all missed at the weekend!

This is sounding more and more like a script from "Yes, Prime Minister". I'm glad though that someone has had the courage of his convictions to stand up for the rest of us and not allow money to change our legal system - let's just hope this MP doesn't get convicted for doing it!
