Breakfast PICs

I 'sauteed' up some capsicum (bell pepper) along with some truss tomato, and
marinated eggplant chunks, whilst cooking the one egg omlette in my little
pan.

It then went on a slice of toasted sourdough, for the SO.

My breakfast, because I was nagged to have some, was a fried egg, served on
Cruskits. I managed the egg, and one of the biscuits.

You got it :-)

There is soooo much more colour and flavour in the free range eggs.
The 'flecks' on the yolk are sea salt that I sprinkled on prior to eating.

It could be classed as a cracker....... we also call them a 'crispbread'.
They're one of the few biscuits/crackers that are tummy friendly for me.

In fact, I'm going to go and have a couple for breakfast. Might have one with
Promite, and one with peanut paste on.
