I've seen this question around but I'm seeing various answer to it based on situations. Here's my situation, I'd like to go the gym tomorrow. I can either eat at 6:30 a.m. go to the gym and not eat again until like noon which means I'll be starving by then or I can go to the gym at 6:30 a.m. and eat after I get back. I'm planning on spending time on the treadmill walking and running. Nothing terribly heavy but it will require energy. I'd rather not do a snack before and then eat after so please don't put that as your answer.
