Hey everyone I just got into break dancing, im just a popper and I decided I reallyt want to get into breaking. So im having problems with lifting my own weight when I go into a flare, windmill (clockwise), and kinda of an airflare..
Is there something I am doing wrong?
How can I lift my own weight in these moves and accomplish them?
Is there any training, workout, that will help me with my breaking and my ability to lift my own weight?
