Break out, need cleaned up.

I have a horrible break out from around a week ago, that Ive only noticed the extent of since I shaved today. I Have perhaps 20 avergae sized spots (not cystic but not little white heaRAB/red marks - alot are pretty much dead but still red and raised. Any ideas how I could significantly reduce these in 5-7 days.

This is more a case of getting rid of these ones than preventing a new batch.

Please Help

p.s Ice Cubes leave my skin red for days so if I could avoid them that would be great.
 
I use oil free acne wash by Neutrogena everyday. It's got some gritty stuff in there to prevent the break outs. I know that you want to know how to get rid of the ones you already have but prevention is the best thing. I've used antibiotic cream on my break outs to dry them up, it works.
