N Nara New member Jun 14, 2011 #1 The power button does not work and my T5 will not go on. The only thing that works is if I do a soft reset. This after leaving the handheld off for a period of twenty minutes before attempting to restart again.

C Cheer09:) New member Jun 15, 2011 #2 Which means there's a hardware fault and your T5 should be returned for repair or replacement.
