I just replaced the disc bake pads on my 2001 Altima. I noticed that when take my foot off the brake's now I get a short squeak. I did not put the brake lube that they sell at the shop on. My question is...is there something I can spray on the brakes mechansim after the fact that will help lube the parts or will I have to take them off and lube the moving parts that way? What are the odds that the noise will go away on it's own? Help?
