Brake pedal goes to the floor (advanced question, not typical)?

Okay so today I was getting ready to trade my car. When I was getting ready to go to Speedway, as I was hungry for a donut, I stepped on the brake and my pedal went all the way to the floor. I put it in reverse and with the brake all the way to the floor it wouldn't stop. I hit the e-brake to make it stop.

So I go and replace my master cylinder, but nobody had the correct one so I bought the other master cylinder for the year and just had to shorten the shank (on mine the shank was recessed, on theirs the shank just sat at the front) The master cylinder still sprays brake fluid out powerfully when I tested it after I bench bled it and put it in my car.

So it wasn't the master cylinder, or it might have been one of the problems. Anyway, before this my car would pull to the left hard when I'd hit the brakes hard. My brakes were weak ever since I got the car. Today they just progressively got weaker as I was driving around town.

When I took the front right tire off to bleed it, no brake fluid nor air came out (it did, but it was once or twice in an hour period). I say fuck that wheel, and go to bleed the right rear. It bleeds fine. However, when I push the brake, on all the three tires I tested, the shoes (it's all drum brakes) do not extract nor retract any at all. My pedal goes straight to the floor easily, and absolutely under no circumstances will stop my car, even if I jam it down right to the floor.

I know that the fabrication of the dowel in the vacuum booster for the brakes wouldn't have anything to do with it as the master cylinder I have on it now has the same ratings and specs as the old one, I just shortened the dowel to be aligned with the piston in the master cylinder.

Brake fluid isn't leaking anywhere. What could this possibly be? Did all master cylinders take a shit on me all at once? lol

Any help is greatly, and I can't stress that enough, so very much greatly appreciated. This car is supposed to be sold tomorrow.
When I said "Did all master cylinders take a shit on me all at once?" I meant wheel cylinders in place of master cylinders.
Also the car is a 1967 Oldsmobile Cutlass Holiday
