Brake lights out on 2004 honda accord ex?

The brake lights on my 2004 honda do not work. funny thing is the rear passanger side brake light stays on and will not shut off i have to unplug it to get it to shut off. first i thought it was the brake light switch but i replaced that and they are still not working. Today the display on my radio disappeared. Radio still works but no display. so i checked each fuse one by one. i found one blown fuse and immediatly replaced it. all that did was bring the display back on the radio but now the display is really dim you can barely see it. BUT MY BRAKE LIGHTS STILL DONT WORK AND THE PASSANGER SIDE BRAKE LIGHT STAYS ON. CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE
