brake light and abs light came on at the same time on my dodge ram 1500 4 door truck?

This happen about 3 weeks ago while i was driving and right before the lights for the brakes and abs come on it make a ding sound,my dodge had about 98.000 miles at the time it first happen IT NOW HAS 100,000 and it comes on acouple times a day, i checked the brake fluid and it was full. IF YOU KNOW WHY THIS LIGHT IS GOING ON PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY THANK YOU!.
