My proposal has to be on this topic.....
The University of Florida has just received a large grant from a joint US Department of Commerce These new created grants sponsors project proposals, that can not be less than $1,000,000 and not exceed $10,000,000. This engineering project must be something that will help economic, environmental, or social problems facing America today.
does anyone have any ideas.......i have already though of solar panels.
