Brain Fog/ Pressure in head/ Loss of mental clarity

Hi, i'm an 18 year old male. Ever since I was 14 or 15, i've had this brain fog and pressure feeling in my head. It has never went. It sometimes feels like i'm a little drunk. It sounds so stupid calling it 'Brain Fog'. I like to refer it as 'Impaired Cognitive Function'. I never really decided to do anything about it until about seven months ago. I have found that reading helps lift the 'fog' a bit, but then after a couple of hours the 'fog' comes straight back. I feel a bit derealized with it. Its like i'm not properly existing. I did poorly at school because of this and a lot of people think i'm stupid, which makes me feel really bad.
Also, when the 'fog' started, my growth stopped. I physically haven't changed a bit since i was 14, a little hair growth, but thats all. Its like my brain froze on me. I've also been having a few psychotic experiences, i think i can call them psychotic. Its like when i look at a photo, the person in the photo is talking to me, nothing auditory though.
This is really affecting my life a lot, i can't be who i really want to be.
Does anyone experience this or know what i'm talking about? Any help is much appreciated.

I always feel "brain fog" as well, and only don't when I had a good amount of caffeine, which I hate to rely on. Have you had any tests done for this? If so, what all have you had tests for? It would be good start with a blood test to rule anything out that would show up there. It may be necessarily to make sure it isn't inner ear disorder or something similar, allergy related (which would cause the pressure), and it may also be good to get an MRI done if nothing else shows up. Hope you are able to find the cause! I haven't been able to cure mine 100%.
