Braces and teeth improvement in Islam?

Hello all,

We all know for a fact that for women and men, plucking, trimming, or doing anything to beautify the face is prohibited in Islam. The reason(s) being is that for one, we are altering the creation for which God has given us and its sin. Second, mostly for women, beautifying the face where strangers can look is also prohibited.

My question is that since people are generally born different, and sometime people could have disarranged teeth, because when we are little we tend to chew a lot, then its a sin to get these teeth straighten or filled up. For example, many people like to get braces so that they can make sure their teeth are correctly filled, but this is tempering with what God has given us because he says were perfect.

Also, people who get their teeth whiten or improved will also make their own face seem more prettier which is a big sin according to Islam because you cannot beautify the face.
Sorry for the grammatical mistake above.
What does me being Jewish have to do with the question. How do you know I am a Zionist, do you know my political agenda?
