My boyfriend has very strange mood swings and I don't know if he should talk to someone.
For instance yesterday he came to my house speaking at a million miles a minute, laughing and joking and being really bouncy and happy. Then after an hour or so he goes dead quiet and moody and won't talk to me. I ask him if it's me and if I've done anything and he says no.
I then ask what is wrong and he says nothing, he just gets in moods if something bad just flashed across his mind.
Is he just moody or could it be something else? It makesme feel like I've done something wrong and mostly I get defensive and it turns into an argument.
What can I try to do to snap him out of his mood?
He smokes weed which he gets very moody about if he wants and can't have.
I think bipolar sounds a bit too extreme for what he is like...I've read about it and it just doesn't seem to be a match as he's not THAT up and down.
I've suggested he speak to someone and he gets mad saying I'm trying to label him as something...
