My boyfriend wrecked my car. The police said that my boyfriend wasn't sure if he had a green or yellow light at an intersection. A car going the opposite direction said the had a green arrow to make a left turn. My car and the other car collided at the intersection, with my boyfriend going straight and the other car turning left.
Does my insurance cover that, or does my boyfriends insurance cover it. Also the police said it was no way to determine who had a green light or not.
