Me and my boyfriend went to dinner with his friends (a couple). I was talking to the wife and my boyfriend was talking to the husband. I unknowingly tuned in to the end of their conversation where my bf said to the husband 'Yeah, I got in trouble for that' and the husband said 'It was worth it'...
We are going thru a tough time. He tells me he wants to spend forever with me, but has some doubts about our ability to coexist. E.g. we fight heaps and I am protective. I hate when he goes out and drinks with his friends.. (I am working on it)
I don't know whether to casually ask him about it or let it go considering we are in a tough place
I would not respect him complaining about me to his friends.. But i guess he could have been talking about something else..and I don't want to seem like I was eavesdropping and picking on every little thing he said...
