his first drug charge!? My boyfriend was arrested on may 1st, and charged with possession of a controlled substance and he had marijuana also. This is NOT his first drug charge or first felony. I realize with his past history the odds prob are not looking good for him. How much time is he looking at. I have talked to his public defender and told him that he needs rehab not Prison, But for second offenders will they let him go to rehab? PLEASE HELP!! Also I just found out I am 10 weeks pregnant with his baby if I tell this to his public defender will it help.
