of America in public schools? If you were to promote Boy Scouts of America which discriminate against homosexuals an atheists, by allowing recruiters into classes, passing out information, and giving free venue; would you allow an Atheist organizations recruiters?

Equal access laws require public schools to include everyone or prohibit outside organizations from entering the classroom. If they use public facilities they must pay rent. And, if one organization is allowed, all must be allowed. There are hundreds of Atheist organizations.

If I were to found Atheist Force Recon of America and send recruiters into classrooms, why would it be wrong for my organization and not the Boy Scouts?
I think force recon is a cool name. It is more modern. Scouts are not as "cool" in the military world as are marine force recon.

"scouts" are militant too. All of the boy scouts is paramilitary with rank systems, uniforms, awards worn on the uniform, etc.

I think if it were named something other than "Atheist Force Recon of America" it should be allowed, absolutely.

That name though, is too militant and reminds me of Columbine, with the "Force Recon" part of it.

If you could come up with another name, it would probably get much further.
