Ok, so i hit a deer a couple nights ago and tore away the splash shield so it wasn't rubbing on my wheel anymore. The corner light, headlight, and fender of the driver side are beat to hell so the other night I took off the bumper to completely assess damages. The plastic bumper cover itself isn't in such bad shape, nor is the reinforcement bar, with just a small dent in it. But behind both on the driver side there's this plastic box. It's definitely broken and I have no clue what it is. So on to the question; what's this box and is it important? It's now missing it's whole top half.
