My mare got a really really small bowed tendon in April. The owner who had her before us, their shoer cut all her heel off, and that put strain on it, and there were a lot of rocks at our old house, so were thinking she stepped on a rock. but anyway, she is sound now, no more head bobbing. but while she was hurt, i bred her. the baby is due around April 20th, do you think the bow will have healed, and her leg will be strong enough to barrel race again by then?
Oh! and the vet said he didn't even think it was a bowed tendon, he said that some of the tissues around the tendon ripped
