Bought used car off dealer lot. Told me it was being sold as is but said i have thirty days to take it into the shop and get something fixed if it arises at no cost to me. Three days after having the car my windows start rolling up slow. I take it in they grease the windows. Windows still roll up slow but i think that it just takes time then my driver side window rolls down but only goes back up half way. Called them again telling them about the problem and they give me attitude saying that the car was bought as is. I told them i have had it three weeks and i brought it into them when the problem first occurred and they said that they fixed it but obviously they have not. Got an appt for friday what do i need to know about laws and them having to fix it since i bought as is? Help i really dont feel i should have to pay for this out of pocket.
