I've got the 700x23 rims, and have some 700x28 tires that I wanted to put on there. I don't think clearance is going to be an issue. I don't want the tires to look like they don't belong on the bike either. I bought the tires online, so shipping them back + restocking fees are stopping me from exchanging them for smaller size. Is it worth it to just bite the bullet send them back and get the appropriate tires for the rims? Or just roll on the 28s?
