Bought property with lis pendens..what do I do now?

I just purchased a property with lis pendens for $5100. It is my first time doing this and I didn't even notice at first. I thought the title is celar. I purchased it at county auction as a foreclosure. The question is, since the lis pendens was filed before the auction, does the mortgage company still have right to this property? If so, how do I sell it? To who? I hear all this stuff about lis pendens but there is no saying if someone wants to buy it. It would be a great deal for whoever can negotiate with the Bank. I can't, I don't have that kind of money but would like to sell the deed for $10K. The house is new and has an assessed value of $144K. What do I do? Thanks
