bought a used bicycle, problems after purchase help?

so a bought a 2011 norco rampage custom built, now when i first inspected it ti seemed fine but i brought i to a bike shop today and they said im going to need a new hub also ther front tire has a rip in the sidewall these 2 things are gonna cost me around 100 to fix, i just bought this bike a day ago should i message this guy and ask him to give me some money back do you think this would work, is there anything else i can do
