Bought a Lemon Home...?

We just bought a home in June. It was empty for about a year and a half. Anyways. For starters, The owners said the house would come with this propane heater that was in the dining room. It is in the contract that the heater belongs to us from the sale of the home, and we have witnesses that saw them take the heater. They said they would drop it off, but never have. Also, to our discovery, they have plastered the walls and whatnot, and now after living in the home, it is revealing cracks above windows and doorways. It also said the home came with a working garbage disposal, which doesn't work, one of the sinks in the bathroom dosent work, the woodstove that we now have to use as a primary heat source because we have gone through an enormous amount of propane has a crack in it and has been welded together, which is now going to give way, the garage has outlets that has nothing behind them or dont work, the dishwasher does not work correctly, the basement floods when it was advertised as damp not flooding (by the way, what happens if we find mold because they had to replace and paint the walls in the backroom leading to the basement), the vents upstairs do not work, the upstairs bathroom is believed to be leaking, the air conditioner is not correctly hooked up, im sure im forgetting some stuff. Now, I know some of these may sound like easy fixes, but its just me and my mom, so we cant do much. Also, we had a home inspector inspect the house before we bought it...can we sue them? Or something? What can we do? We already put the house on the market, but it seems like we may be sitting on it for a while.
