will not get a V5c? I bought a Frame and logbook of a local shop via Ebay. I asked the seller alot of questions about damage, if its a CAT C/D and they said its HPI clear. On winning the item, i poned them up to arrange collection next week. They told me it was ready to go now. But they needed my details over the phone so they could send the v5c off and they would give me th ecounter part and photo copy of other part when they deliver the frame.
1st - they have written in the box above section 5 entitled , official use only- ' broken for spares'
2nd - my DOB isnt on it.
3rd - its not my signiture
So im concerned that the note they have written has in effect scrapped the frame and rendered it open to inpection/ SVA'd/written off/Refuseal of V5c/Q plated. But because my details are incorrect and i didnt actuatly sign the logbook.... it may cause problems
