...title. What to do? He said he was getting a duplicate title and the Kentucky license bureau had it and it was on its way. It was February 14th when we got the car. The guy is a car sales man, but the purchase was personal, not through his business. And he has given us a 60 day temporary tag for it, so we have been driving it and it's insured as well. Now, he will not answer calls or texts and I know this is bad. I know it was stupid to buy a car with no title present, and trust me I've already got hell over that. SO, this isn't a chance to tell me how stupid it was to do. I already know that. Now, I just want to know what can I do by law to either get my $2,000 back or whatever other options there may be.
