Bought a car 3 wks ago from a buy here pay here lot need legal advice plz?

I had 3 lights come on the first day I bought it Check Engine, ABS Service Trac Control. They kept my car for 4 days I picked it up the 12 hours later a Check engine light comes on and they keep my car 4 more days I pick it up with half of my gas mising they needed to take out for some reason????? they told me this! Then I drive the car out of the arking lot and the brakes pop back at me and I can't stop and finally it stops then It happend again also my gas gauge seems to be having problems it didn't before and my council is broken they did it what can I doo here? I already gave them 2350 I have no other money what is the next legal step that won't cost me?
2002 buick rendezvous 116,000 miles and was told it was practically new
it has a 30 day warranty I know it's not new thaey say runs new
 
for future reference, 116,000 is nowhere near "practically new." a used car is normally sold as is. still you might try some things. take them to small claims court. report them to better business bureau. if all else fails stick a big sign on it, "i bought this pile of krap at Al's Auto," and park out front of the lot.
