I am trying to replace the bottom bracket on my mountain bike but it will not come off. It was originally "slipping" when i pedaled so it would like suddenly lose resistance and my feet would slip off the front of my pedals....shredding my shins on the studded pedals. Anyways, i have the spliced bb tool and i placed it on the drive side of the bottom bracket and turned it as hard as a could clockwise, but it is literally almost part of the frame now. How can i get this thing off by the end of the night?
Bottom bracket on bike is stuck? How do i get it off?
