Boot camp day pass...........?

I heard that in Marine Corps bootcamp training there is a point where you can get out for a day with a day pass? Is this true or not?

Ok thank you some guy just lied to me and said that you could thats what his son did.

Not really need to but i wouldnt know at that point no need to hound me about a simple yes is ok.

No...Not trying to be rude but that sounds kinda silly. Cant just throw up a flag when you're tired and take the day off. Once your at Boot you are there until the end. After graduation however, you get a week to go home and it could be longer if you decide to help with recruiting duty.
 
At graduation you will get a pass or two. my son got four passes at AF graduation, two post/base passes ane then two city pasees to go see San Antonio.
