How do I get rid of the "Where you at?" when the phone starts up. It shows up when I close the phone on the screen. My phone is a Motorola 385. The message looks like it's hand-written, if that helps to describe it. I just don't want it on my phone because it's really annoying and bad grammar! 
Also, is there a way to get special punctuation on the phone? I only have the standard . , ? !. I'd like to see if there is a way to get parentheses, asterisks, colons, and semicolons because I want to make smileys
