i have the sanyo incognito. i recently upgraded the software and now when i try to go on face book, it says error, cannot access application then it freezes up. i also cannot go on the internet. i have the monthly unlimited plan. then i turn it off by taking out the battery then it says a system error has occurred. please wait while phone recovers
