if you're account goes empty, how long do u keep your phone number... or how long until the account is closed?
I have a family member whos phone must not be paid (going through some REALLY hard times), and it says "this customer is unavailable, try again later"... obviously they didnt pay the bill.. sooo I'm wondering how long it will say that, until the account is just closed...
just upset and cant get a hold of this person, wondering if when they have the money to pay the bill (who knows when that will be) if they will have the same number..
