Boost Mobile international?

hey, i was wondering if boost mobile offer international calling to the middle as i am wanting to call somebody there, i did have cricket and it did show they did have it but when i did try calling it it didn't work and they said that they don't offer it so i am wondering if boost mobile offers international calling please help thank you
