I have a Blackberry 8350i i am using on boost mobile. I notice on Tuesday Nov 2nd 2010 that I can not check my voice mail. When I call my voice mail from my phone I get a busy signal. When I call my phone from another phone My phone shows someones calling, rings about 8 times and then a message stating the caller can not be reached. I have called boost and first reset my voice mail, that did not work. Called back they said there was a outage in my area using zip code 97301, Salem OR. Just wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem.
What I have tried.
-put my sim in another phone and called my voice mail.
-turned my phone of and on.
-pulled that battery.
-this is a new problem, my phone worked fine before.
