Okay I have had my Boost Mobile I1 cell phone for a little over a year now and every once in a while I will have the same problem with it; not responding to keypad touches! I reset it and it works for a while and then it will start doing it again. Sometimes I have to press the key I want a dozen times before it will do what I want and sometimes it presses the key next to the one I want.
I am planning on getting a new cell for Christmas but I would like to get this fixed so I can give it to my sister, so what or where do I take it to get fixed?
