I had the newest blackberry curve from boost mobile, and I loved it so much. The lcd screen is shattered though, and I already tried a replacement lcd screen but unfortunately I did not get the right model. Anyway, I refuse to buy another lcd screen. So I recently purchased an older boost mobile blackberry. The phone was recently used but apparently the previous owner cleaned out the esn. Well I am hoping. I went to an original boost mobile store and they said they cannot activate it for reasons they are not sure about. They also told me that the phone was a tmobile phone, which is not true, the phone itself doesn't even have a slot big enough for a sim card to fit in there, i've tried. Plus, when I turn the phone on, it says Boost Mobile. I even go on to my account on the website and it says my number is activated and its on the 8330 phone, and ive tried "updating my handset" to the same phone a few times as well. Im really frustrated, I havent had a working phone in over 3 weeks, and I'm seriously about to pull my hair out. I dont know why it won't work. Hopefully some one can help.
