I'm looking for a book that is favorable of Anthropogenic Climate Change that is not written by a politician or people without any background in climatology.

The Deniers by Lawrence Solomon.

Oh! sorry. Don't know of any kool-aid support books.

I like Extraordinary Popular Delusions & the Madness of Crowds by Charles MacKay.

Really most any book in the bookstore about ACC will fit those two criteria, with the obvious exception being An Inconvenient Truth.

If you want a general introduction without too much technical science I'd recommend The Weather Makers by Tim Flannery.

If you're more of the sciency type and want to get into the details, I'd go with Global Warming: Understanding The Forecast by David Archer.

Books are not the best resource for finding information on global warming. This is because anyone with enough money or the right sponsors can publish whatever they wish.

The best resource is peer-reviewed articles found in scientific magazines.
