Here's the "prophecy" I wrote down for my vampire story (about the arrival of a coven in town):
"Evening. Soon the Sun will sink [...] the white snow-covered ground will blush pink as a maiden's cheek at the bridegroom's hand. From rose-pink, the blood-red must come after, becoming finally black, where shadows bloom, and then the battered weary day, having met the night, dreams in sleep as deep as death to wake and to ache with mourning."
