Ok, well my brother and I were having a friendly debate about Voldemort this afternoon, and I thought I would get your opinion on it. **SPOILERS for Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire coming on**

Well, my brother was on Voldemorts side, he said that he would only want the pure-bloods to be accepted as wizards. I just want to know what you think of this idea. Would you want all the muggle borns to stay like that, or would you like it if they came to Hogwarts and learned to be a better witch/wizard?

Also, I need help clarifying a few points in TGOF, first off, Snape WAS a Death Eater, I know, but did he get caught? How did he get himself out? Im not really sure if he was in that memory thing that Dumbledore has or not. Also, an Aurora (spelling?) is someone who tracks down Death Eaters and keeps an eye open for Voldemort, right? just making sure.

And HP overall questions:
- Do you think Snape is a good wizard? why or why not?

- Who is more powerful, Dumbledore or Voldemort (at the point in Goblet of Fire, no spoilers for the rest of the books, please ^^). Explain your choice.

- Did JK Rowling ever go into WHY Voldemort was the greatest Dark Wizard? did she explain his history at all within the first 4 books?

- Favorite scene from Harry Potter: The Goblet of Fire? Mine was definitely the one with Voldemort and Harry in the graveyard.. that was intense!!

-And, I KNOW I have this question right, but my brother didn't believe me. Harry Potter is a full blooded wizard, isnt he? Wasn't James a wizard and Lilly a witch?

I think it's unfair to limit people based on blood. It's about ability, not blood. Hermione is proof of that. She's more a witch than Draco will ever be.

Snape was a death eater, yes, but then he got away by professing loyalty to Dumbledore, and he survived in good view with Voldemort because he was an expert and ligilimens/occlumens spells and he passed it off as being Voldemort's double-agent.

And yes, an Auror is someone who keeps an eye out for dark wizards and so forth.

Next: Snape I believe is good. He loved Lily though, but I think he was good, because he could have killed Harry somehow but he didn't.

Dumbledore, because why would Voldemort fear ONLY him otherwise?

Voldemort was the greatest because he was very powerful but also he found a way to seem immortal, even though it cost him his humanity in the end.

Fave scenes in GOF.. the World Quidditch Cup, the first challenge, and the graveyard scene.

I think one of his parents wasn't full-blooded, because Lily's sister, Petunia, is a muggle... so he isn't 100% pure.
