How many weeks pregnant do you have 2 be before you can book your booking appountment with the midwife? I am almost 12 weeks and I haven't seen my midwife once. Is this normal? I tried to book an appointment after my E.P.I.C appointment (when I was 4/5 weeks) but when I tried I was told 2 wait for the midwife 2 get in contact with me. Still no sign of that happening. I had appendicitus a few weeks before I got pregnant and I was on some fairly strong meds (tromadol, cyclazine etc) for a couple of weeks into the pregnancy. So I'm quite worried.
Please help if you know I have my first scan on 6/6/09 so next week.
