...I have STD Symtoms!? It is very clear that i have herpies, as i can see them..

What do i say to the doctors to make an appointment without feeling embrassed? And what do i say to my gp?

When the desk person ask, tell her (or him) that you are there for a physician exam and that you would prefer to tell the physician directly.

I don't know why you'd be ashamed, I'm sure they've heard it all before.

Hi ,
I know what you are going through i didn't even have anything and when i was going to my first pep test i was horrified and embarrassed and then i realized well she looks at this stiff as a living every day. And i am sure that your doctor has seen this everyday so don`t be ashamed shes gonna be more interested in how to get you better then about how you got it or give you a lecture or something. And as far as asking the receptionist to make an appointment im sure you don't need to say anything to her . They don't need to know. they can ask but just say i need to see the doctor as soon as you can fit me in and if she asks why just politely say that it is personnel and you would like to discuss it with the doctor . And when you get in there just say that there is a rash there and you want to know if there is anything wrong. I hope everything is ok and everything works out well.Good luck.

Tell them you think you have been in contact with an STD or STI and need to see the Dr reasonably early. simple as that I work in a med center trust me its common
