...books? I am planning to buy some ficiton and non-fiction books in New York Time Best seller list.
What are the best bookstores in LA which sell these kinds of books? Or would you recommend me to purchase from amazon.com?

I'm from the UK, but you'd be best to buy off amazon or ebay. as these can be imported from the UK. If you put a title of a book in amazon it tends to bring up another recommendations based on what others have bought and also there's a website called what to read next which means it will give you titles of books like the one you've just read.
