I was authorized about $2500 fund for this semester. My tuition costs only adds up to about $1800.
My question; is the book advance deducted from the remaining $700.
I'm concerned cause I was planning to use that money to buy a laptop, and if single book costs as much as $120, clearly I wont be able to.
